Our "why" is to create a culture that stems from genuineness, honesty, and integrity.

Stefanie and Sandra met in 2022 through their shared industry as nurse practitioners, but didn’t forge a deeper connection until 2024, when a conversation over coffee at Buddy Brew revealed their aligned values — particularly their emphasis on integrity and genuine care within the aesthetic field. This mutual understanding laid the groundwork for their collaboration, and by 2025, they co-founded SOVAL Aesthetics, a med spa reflecting their shared vision.

At the core of their practice is transparency, culture positivity, and a commitment to client-centered care. They prioritize listening to individual goals, educating clients on treatment options, and making collaborative decisions to achieve desired results.

The name SOVAL holds personal significance. During the brainstorming process, Stefanie and Sandra sought something authentic and unique. As devoted mothers, they found inspiration in their children, blending their initials to create the name. While both are career-driven, motherhood remains their foremost priority, and SOVAL serves as a reminder of what truly matters in life.

Stefanie is a Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the co-owner of SOVAL Aesthetics. With a deep-rooted passion for aesthetics and over a decade of clinical experience, she blends advanced medical knowledge with an artistic eye to deliver natural, transformative results.

Her journey began in a renowned plastic surgery center in South Tampa, where she discovered her love for aesthetic medicine. She went on to spend 10 years in emergency medicine, sharpening her clinical acumen and procedural skillset. Stefanie earned her Master’s degree with highest honors from South University and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for academic excellence and leadership.

Specializing in injectables, skin rejuvenation, and dermatologic treatments, Stefanie is known for her precision, gentle technique, and commitment to individualized care. She has trained alongside top professionals in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, with a special focus on facial balancing, biostimulatory treatments like Sculptra, and collagen restoration therapies.

Stefanie believes in building trust through transparency and education, empowering her clients to feel confident in their treatment decisions. Her goal is to help each person look and feel their best—refreshed, not overdone.

Outside of the treatment room, Stefanie is a dedicated wife and mother. She values balance, wellness, and authenticity—principles she brings into both her personal life and aesthetic practice.

A Tampa native, Sandra earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa in 2018 and has since dedicated her career to advancing aesthetic medicine. With years of experience as a nurse practitioner, she specializes in injectable HA filler and skin rejuvenation, trained by leading experts in the field. Sandra’s approach blends artistry with anatomy, ensuring natural, balanced results tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Specializing in biostimulators like Sculptra, collagen-boosting treatments, and advanced skin resurfacing with lasers, Sandra is passionate about achieving healthy, radiant skin. Her expertise includes facial harmonization with hyaluronic acid fillers, lip enhancements, and neurotoxins—always prioritizing safety, longevity, and your individual goals.

Committed to excellence, Sandra stays at the forefront of aesthetic innovation through ongoing education, attending national training, and collaborating with top-tier practitioners.
